Individuals whose personal data is processed (“Data Subject”) have the right to apply to Ottoo Yazılım A.Ş (“Company”), as the data controller, to exercise their rights specified in Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

The Data Subject has the following rights:

• To learn whether their personal data is processed,

• To request information if their personal data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or abroad,

• To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,

• To request the deletion or destruction of their personal data under the conditions specified in KVKK,

• To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred,

• To object to an unfavorable outcome resulting from the exclusive analysis of their personal data by automated systems,

• To demand compensation for damages in case their personal data is processed unlawfully.

Application Method

To ensure that applications made under Article 11 of KVKK are processed appropriately, the application method must comply with the provisions of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” (“Communiqué”). The Company has prepared this application form to facilitate applications in accordance with legal requirements.

It is important to note that, pursuant to Article 4(2) of the Communiqué, Data Subjects can exercise their rights only by making an application in Turkish.

Methods for Application

Data Subjects can apply to the Company through the following methods:

• In-person application,

• Via a notary,

• By sending an email with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature to the Company’s registered email (KEP) address,

• By sending an email from the email address previously registered in the Company's system.

Application Methods & Address Details

For in-person written applications, Data Subjects must present identity verification documents. When submitting an in-person written application at Maslak Mah. Meydan Sok. No:1/55 Sarıyer İSTANBUL, only the front side of the identity document (without blood type and religion fields visible) should be provided.

Response to Applications

To prevent unauthorized access and ensure the security of personal data, the Company reserves the right to request additional documents or information to verify the applicant’s identity.

Requests will be processed within the shortest possible time and no later than 30 (thirty) days as stipulated in KVKK Article 13(2). If the requested action incurs an additional cost, a fee will be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
