Tutku.ai is a product that came to life naturally but also strategically. At Ottoo, we’ve long invested in competent individuals, a people-centric culture, technology, and teams that can build, automate, and have fun together. Our goal is to bring value to the world by transforming it with passionate teams that work well with each other and with technology.
One of those individuals is Tutku, from the Ottoo HR team - a core part of this ecosystem from day one. She’s been designing and executing HR processes, integrating tools for automation, and documenting everything: culture, onboarding, policies, benefits, employee programs, and all the things that help keep the company running and connected.
Documentation is at the heart of our culture at Ottoo. Our team itself works like AI, feeding off of our shared knowledge to ensure team alignment and continue running and executing smoothly. Although we’re still a step ahead of AI in going beyond that (someone has to surprise the algorithm once in a while).
With all this valuable HR-based documentation and HR process automations, we thought, why not turn Tutku into an AI agent? Our investment in culture, teams, and processes made it possible. Tutku.ai would help employees get instant answers, and Tutku herself could finally take a well-deserved break from answering the same questions over and over.
