CONSENT AND EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. I have read, examined, understood and have sufficient information on the subject of the Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data regarding the collection, processing and transfer of personal data to be collected by Ottoo Yazılım A.Ş ("Tutku.ai") as the Data Controller.

2. In this context, I hereby accept, declare and undertake that I consent to all kinds of processing carried out on personal data such as obtaining, recording, storing, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring to domestic and/or foreign third parties, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of my personal data for the purposes specified in the Clarification Text, wholly or partially automatically or by non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system.

3. Within the scope of this explicit consent text, I hereby give my explicit consent to the processing of personal data included in Article 3 of Tutku.ai's 'Clarification Text'.

4. I am informed about the matters described above, I have read and understood the text and the Clarification Text within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and I accept the processing of the relevant personal data within this scope with my explicit consent, approval and free will.
